1. Incoming Inspection
- Verify material certificates (ISO, mill cert, SGS reports)
- Check hardness, appearance, and surface condition
- Confirm alloy and grade (copper，aluminum, brass, stainless steel)
2. In-Process Inspection
- First-article inspection for each setup
- Regular sampling inspection during machining
- Tool wear monitoring & tolerance control
- Real-time dimension checking to prevent defects
3. Final Inspection
- 100% inspection for key dimensions
- Full surface checks to ensure no scratches or defects
- Thread check with GO/NO-GO gauges
- Assembly test (if required)
