• Prices may change if drawings or requirements are updated.
• Quotations are valid for a limited time (usually 15–30 days).
3. Orders
• Orders must be confirmed in writing (email or PO).
• Production starts after agreement on specifications, price, and lead time.
• Drawings, materials, and requirements must be clear before production.
4. Samples & Prototypes
• Sample costs may apply depending on the project.
• Sample cost may be refunded upon bulk order (depending on agreement).
• Samples are used to verify specifications before mass production.
5. Quality Assurance
• We follow strict quality control procedures during production.
• Inspection reports can be provided upon request.
• If any product does not meet the confirmed specifications, we will repair, remake, or compensate depending on the agreement.
6. Lead Time
• Lead times vary by product complexity and quantity.
• We aim to deliver on time, but delays caused by logistics, customs, suppliers, or force majeure are not our responsibility.
7. Shipping & Packaging
• Products are packaged securely to avoid damage.
• We can ship by air, sea, DHL, UPS, FedEx, or customer-arranged shipping.
• Shipping cost and risk transfer upon pickup or delivery to the carrier.
8. Customer Responsibilities
Customers must:
• Provide clear and correct drawings
• Confirm all details before production
• Follow local regulations when importing products
• Inspect goods upon receiving them
9. Intellectual Property
• All drawings, samples, and technical information provided by customers are kept confidential.
• We do not share or reproduce customer designs for other parties.
10. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for:
• Incorrect or unclear drawings provided by customers
• Loss or damage during transportation
• Delays caused by external factors (shipping, customs, suppliers)
• Special, indirect, or consequential damages
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
